Used to be our favorite pizza to order. It seems every time you call in (no matter what time of day) they never have a driver. Or the order takes well past an hour because they are short drivers. Sad as we will not be ordering from her anymore. Super disappointing

I’ve been ordering for years from the original owners who are my friends. I decided to order today for the first time since they sold it. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Apparently, the “manager” was taking orders and she was rude and NASTY. I asked the total and she was put off and I guess it was extremely hard to give me a total for both cash and card. I just wanted to make sure I could tip 30% with cash. If not, I would have paid with a card. I called back after being treated like crap and said I would like to cancel my order and get Marco’s. She immediately hung up. I called back to get her name and she refused to give it to me and just stated she was the manager and I didn’t need to know her name. Unprofessional and disgusting. NEVER order from this establishment. *update* Abby was her name. My daughter was so upset by how I was treated on the phone. She informed us that we are on the “no order list” very upsetting because the original owners were great people and they had the best employees. She also told my daughter that the authorities were called and informed. All because we asked what her name was and she refused to give it to us.

We had not ordered pizza from Pizzaroma in a little while. Seemed that quality had gone down. Gave it a try since there are new owners and it was really good. More cheese and fresher meats. We had an all meat, Greek, and bianca white. All tasted awesome!!

We use to order pizza all the time from here and it was great! Now the last 2 times it has been garbage. The last time we ordered a taco pizza with no olives on it just to get it home and it have olives all over it and didn't come with any of the sides like sour cream or salsa and no garlic crust top we asked for. Hey everyone makes mistakes so let's try again tonight. Called and asked about any specials like coupons or meal deals told we dont do them which they have before ok ordered a large specialty pizza -onions + pineapple and cheese bread got there and asked to open and check it and received a look from the guy like it was to much to ask for. To my surprise it was correct thought awesome just to get it home and it be luke warm and still doughy in center and crust. Sorry we've lost our favorite pizza spot sadly 😥 And they now charge 3% to use your debit card also...DO BETTER PizzAroma!!

I called around 4pm On Friday 1-16-26 to ask about the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I told the person who answered that I had seen pictures of their pizzas but had never tried them and that they appeared to have a decent amount of ingredients on them. I also asked if they put cheese on top of their pizzas. The person who answered said yes that they did put extra cheese on top. I then asked if I could get the chicken bacon ranch with pizza sauce instead of the ranch sauce. Again I was told yes. I asked to add green peppers to the pizza and I requested it for 6:30 period add to the restaurant at 6:30 to pick up the pizza but was told it was not ready because they had to remake it. A young lady was just finishing making the pizza and put it in the oven. What is the suspect? It seemed to be a pretty short baking time, but I took the pizza and left. The toppings on the pizza were very scarce. The crust was incredibly thin and soft and looked nothing like the picturesI should have returned it but I didn't. Will not order from this place again After the new owner reached out to me, I gave them another try. I ordered the meat pizza and added ground beef, green peppers, onions and extra chee
